The Tijuana Skirt is a midi-length, rockabilly-inspired skirt with drama. The mint cotton base is contrasted with bright and intricate illustrations of snakes, birds, flaming hearts and more than meets the eye. The waistband is sculpted with voluminous gathers draped for graceful flow and movement. There are built in pockets in the side seams, because style shouldn’t sacrifice practicality.
